Pete FlynnDirector
Pete set up Candela Capital in 2003 to meet the distribution needs of small- to mid-sized funds who want a personalised, long-term relationship with a distribution partner. His 25 years' of experience from Pantheon Ventures, InvestorForce, Fleming Asset Management and NM Rothschild & Sons gives him a unique insight into the needs of the institutional investor - be they pension funds, private banks, family offices, insurance companies or fund-of-funds. Pete holds BA (Hons) and MA degrees in Economics from Cambridge University and an Investment Management Diploma from the London Business School, is a Governor of the Northern School of Contemporary Dance and is a local Parish Councillor. Angela HosieResearch Manager
Angela joined Candela Capital as Research Manager in 2010. She handles all research into potential LPs, identifying/confirming potential investors for our clients across different mandates and geographies. Prior to Candela Capital, Angela worked as Administrator to Phil Willis, MP, responsible for all aspects of office management and involved in casework from constituents, taking up issues with appropriate authorities and Ministers of State. Before that she worked for the Diplomatic Service of the Foreign Office with postings to Ghana and India. She has also previously worked for the Ministry of Defence. Angela is a UK citizen

Michelle CulpinOffice Manager
Michelle joined Candela Capital as office administrator in 2009 after a twenty-year career in administration (local government and corporate), training, sales and marketing roles. She acts as Candela's compliance and logistics officer, book-keeper, office manager and general administrator and handles, amongst other things, all the liaison between Candela Capital and with the FSA, the accountants and HM Revenue & Customs.
